This is a killer technique for cold water, when trout are not prone to chase down a fast-moving fly. You can also add a nymph dropper for even more chances to tempt a strike.   1. This is so right on,especially color of that bugger,my favorite. I’ve done good with indicator fishing buggers,often after all nymphs ignored!! I’ve never really done anything with tags,but definitely do work.
