Whipping up a tiny midge pattern seems daunting to many tiers, but a minuscule fly doesn’t need to be difficult. The Zelon Musk Midge uses just two materials, and it doesn’t require any fussy steps to make you curse your fat fingers. In the latest video from Tightline Productions Tim Flagler walks you through the four easy steps required to create a great-looking, visible midge in size 24 (!). Make sure to watch Tim’s videos in full 4K resolution. You’ve never seen fly tying look so good.
