Regular readers of this blog know how much I love to see the young’uns getting out on the water. This morning, fifteen-year-old Andrew Dang (whose work we’ve featured before) sent me a link to his new video, along with a note that read, in part:
I recently got to fish an amazing Trico hatch in Pennsylvania, and my dad and I were able to get good footage of rising fish and some fun fishing action. I just put it together into this little edit.
The feeding scenes are fantastic, as you get to watch a rainbow eating the tiny bugs off the surface, and sometimes below it.
Nice work, Andrew. Can’t wait to see what you come up with next.

Great video, Andrew…plus awesome work on that trout!
Andrew is awesome. Love seeing young people out fly fishing and Trico drys to boot. These kids are the future, great job!
