The latest film from our friend Gilbert Rowley of Capture Adventure Media is a remarkable quest to achieve a saltwater grand slam in a location not known for such feats. We follow anglers Mark Martin and Alex Beck as they attempt what many thought was impossible. In what is typically thought of as a great tarpon fishery, Captain Mark discovered untouched waters that hold permit and bonefish. So they knew a grand slam was technically possible, but there were plenty of obstacles in the way.
But after a week of jumping and losing many 100+ pound tarpon, they find themselves with a chance to make history. The only thing left on the list? The same giant tarpon that have given them nothing but trouble all week.
